SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIMES FOR USA

UPS Ground Shipping (Estimated) 3-7 Business Days

All shipping times may change or be delayed due to UPS. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. We can only provide you with the information they have provided us. 

Shipping times exclude processing times, please bear that in mind when ordering.

Our processing time is 1-3 business days depending on the volume of orders received at the time. The USA warehouse is open Monday through Friday (closed on weekends). Therefore, if an order is placed on the weekend, processing won't begin until Monday. 

Most items are in stock and readily available, but some may require a pre-order if it is out of stock in our USA warehouse. If this is the case, you will be contacted by one of our staff. 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
7-10 Business Days

Our processing time is 3-5 business days for international orders and it is also depending on the volume of orders received at the time. The USA warehouse is open Monday through Friday (closed on weekends). Therefore, if an order is placed on the weekend, processing won't begin until Monday.
